Villa Details
Our luxurious air-conditioned 5 bedroom (2 masters), 3 bathroom (2 en suite) single storey villa has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in the heart of The Sunshine State. There is just under 1700 sq ft of air conditioned living space and at the rear of the property is a large south facing pool, ideal for when you want to just sit back, relax and enjoy a cool drink or take a refreshing dip in the pool.
The villa is located at the prestigious community of Sandy Ridge. The development is situated to the south of Disney, just of Highway 17/92 and is just minutes from both the Interstate 4 and the Highway 192. It offers an ideal base with the gates of Walt Disney World being just 15 minutes drive away, as well as premium golf courses, shopping facilities and restaurants only minutes from the front door.
Our management team do a great job in keeping the property clean and tidy, both inside and out. Should you need our management team during your stay, they are available by telephone or you can pop along to their offices which can be found just 10 minutes away on the US192. Outside of normal office hours you will be given an emergency number to call should any issues arise.
The management company are able to provide tickets for most attractions as well as other services that include greet and meet at Orlando airport, Mid Stay Cleaning and Welcome Packs. Details and prices of these can be provided on application.
For your peace of mind, there is also a 24/7 on- site security patrol around the Sandy ridge community.
Pool & Spa Area
The luxurious 28 x 14 foot south facing pool and spa is surrounded by a large extended patio which includes a covered lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. This area is very private, as it backs onto conservation land giving some great views and is unoverlooked by other villas.
Being south facing has the added advantage of being in the sunshine all day long, unlike most villas which may only get the sun shining directly onto their pool deck for part of the day.
The pool deck is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers, allowing you to both bask in the sun or enjoy a little lunch and a cool glass of wine.
The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March) but for those really hot days of summer, the lanai is equipped with a cooling ceiling fan or alternatively why not just lie back and relax in the luxurious spa. It can accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrows adventures!
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained.
A pool safety fence is available for additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa and takes only minutes to put in place, while all the doors leading out onto the pool deck are alarmed.
The final feature of the pool area is the pool side bathroom. The villas third bathroom is accessible directly from the pool deck should you wish to have a quick shower to keep cool.
Living Room
The villa has a large spacious Family room. It contains two large luxurious sofas and a big comfortable chair, allowing the whole family to sit down together, relax and should they choose, enjoy the entertainment offered by the large 55″ curved screen television complete with cable TV, XBox 360 & Kinnect, Nintendo Wii and a blu ray player.
If you fancy escaping the sunshine for a while, it is the ideal place to come curl up and relax with a good book. French Patio doors allow direct access to the pool deck as well letting lots of natural light in giving the room a light and airy feel. For your peace of mind should young children be staying in the villa, the doors are fitted with a child proof safety alarm.
Games Room
To add to your enjoyment we have converted our large two car garage into a fantastic games room. The room has internal access into the villa and features a air hockey table, table football, electronic darts board and a Pool Table. There is also a 46″ smart television.
Even though we have converted the garage, the villa still has a wide driveway which can easily accommodate two large vehicles side by side.
The villa also has high-speed wireless internet access.
Kitchen & Laundry Area
Kitchen
The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The only thing you need to provide is the food!
There is seating for three at the large breakfast bar. The villa has two First Aid kit should any accidents happen. The first is stored in the Kitchen area and the second out on the pool deck.
Breakfast Nook
The Breakfast Nook is a continuation of the Kitchen area. It has a round glass topped table and four chairs.
Laundry Area
If you need to do any laundry, you will find a large capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron, and ironing board in the laundry area, which can be found at the back of the games room/garage. The villa has internal entry to the games room/garage. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.
Bedrooms
The villa contains five large bedrooms allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are master suites, two are twin bedrooms, and the fifth is a parlour room which contains a double sized sofa bed. All five bedrooms have their own smart TV.
Master Suite
The first master suite is located at the rear of the villa overlooking the pool deck. It has a fantastic queen sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a huge walk-in Shower, toilet, his n hers basins and a large vanity mirror. Additional luxuries include a cooling ceiling fan, hair dryer, clock radio, and a security safe to keep all your valuables secure. There is an abundance of storage space provided by a large walk-in closet.
Master Suite 2
The largest of the four remaining bedrooms is the second master suite. It is located on the opposite side of the villa to the first suite and has a Queen sized bed and a en-suite bathroom complete with a walk in shower unit, toilet and basin. In addition there is ample storage space provided by a large built-in closet and drawers.
Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5
Bedrooms three (picture on right) and four are located adjacent to each other and each have two single beds. As in the second master suite, ample storage space is provided in each room by built-in closet and drawers.
Located conveniently next to these two rooms is the villas family bathroom which comes complete with a bath / shower unit, toilet, and basin. This bathroom could also double as a poolside bathroom as it has direct access out onto the pool deck.
Bedroom 5 can be found at the very front of the villa and has a large window letting in plenty of natural light. This room contains a double sized sofa bed.
Bedrooms two, three, four and five each have their own alarm clock. The villa has air-conditioning and heating throughout, so all the bedrooms will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will help you relax and enjoy a good nights sleep. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.
Dining Area
The dining area adjoins the Living room and the Kitchen. It has a modern glass topped table and six chairs, and is ideal for those special dining occasions as well as the more casual ones.
