Step outside to your own private oasis: a 28ft × 14ft south-facing pool and spa, fully screened for privacy, overlooking conservation land. The extended pool deck features loungers, a covered lanai with ceiling fan, and al fresco dining options—ideal for relaxing under the Florida sun. Pool heating is available for an additional charge (recommended October through March).

Living Room

The open-plan family room is designed for comfort and togetherness. Sink into the luxurious sofas, watch your favourite films on the 65″ TV, or simply enjoy the natural light pouring in through the French doors that open directly to the pool deck. Child-safe door alarms are in place for peace of mind.

Our converted two-car garage is now a fun-packed games room, featuring an arcade machine, air hockey, table football, darts, a pool table, and a 46″ smart TV. With internal access to the villa, it’s a great space for both teens and adults to hang out.

Kitchen & Breakfast Area

The large, fully-fitted kitchen comes with everything you’ll need: fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and more. Enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar (seats three) or sit down together in the breakfast nook with a table for four. We also provide two first aid kits — one in the kitchen and one by the pool.

Master 1 (rear): Queen bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, his & hers basins, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, security safe, and has views of the pool area.
